Hello and welcome to the Infinite Possibilities blog!

After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 I was plunged into a life altering journey that forced me to stop and re-evaluate major aspects of my life.

Through thoroughly researching my treatment options and communicating with health professionals, I was able to make an informed and educated decision about the best way forward for my health.

In this instance, I chose to say no to chemo, one of the most difficult decisions of my life. You can read more about this journey and my decision here.

I have learnt a lot through my personal health journey. It has given me the ability and power to help others in so many areas of life and now I can pass on that knowledge and encourage you to find solutions for yourself.

This process of reflection and re-evaluation lead to the creation of Infinite Possibilities, which exists to assist people who know they need to make a change in their lives and are ready to put these good intentions into action.

If you are reading this, chances are there is something in your life you know needs to change in order for you to be the best version of yourself you can be.

Take a moment to really think about the change you want to make and visualise how different your life would look if you were able to implement this change successfully. Are you slimmer? Are you having more meaningful conversations with your loved ones? Are you spending less time glued to your phone?

Whether the change you want to make lies in wanting to improve your physical health, working on positive personal or professional growth, family relationships, effective communication skills or improving your financial health, Infinite Possibilities can get you on your way to your new and improved self.

I have been fortunate to see many people change for the better through my work with Infinite Possibilities, and I want to help you embark on your journey to discover a better you.

These monthly blogs will tie in with the Tuesday evening Facebook live videos and will cover a vast array of topics with a focus on the many different aspects of health as well as personal and professional growth and development.

Often, we can get caught up in despair, thinking it is too late to even think about starting to change and we may be better off keeping things as they are for fear we will fail.

Don’t waste another moment with this toxic mindset.

Through these blogs you can expect to become more informed about your own health and wellbeing, be inspired by other people’s stories as well as equipping yourself with the knowledge and tools to make that all important first step towards changing your life for the better.

Are you ready to make that change I asked you to think about at the start of this blog? Make a commitment to yourself right now and mark the first Thursday of each month in your diary. On that day, make yourself a nice cup of tea and dedicate a few moments to reading that months tips and ideas and join in the discussion on the Infinite Possibilities Facebook page.

Change can be scary and that’s ok!  I want you to get excited about the journey you are about to take!

Much in the way a caterpillar grows and sheds its cocoon to become a butterfly, you too can emerge from whatever is holding you back and soar.
